Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email lunevansiltd@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Please do not send anything back before your return has been approved. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you on the appropriate return arrangements.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned in accordance with this policy. Your statutory consumer rights apply to sale items as well as full-price items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or size, please request a return for your original item and, once your return has been approved, place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

For online purchases, customers may have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
